2. Services Overview

Trun Logistics provides logistics and delivery services including but not limited to:

  • Hyperlocal delivery (2–4 hour intra-city delivery)
  • Same-Day Delivery (SDD)
  • Next-Day Delivery (NDD)
  • Reverse logistics and return pickups
  • Critical and priority shipments
  • API-based logistics integrations
  • Franchise and delivery partner programs

Service availability may vary by location and operational constraints.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Businesses using API or integration services must be legally registered entities.

4. Account Registration & Information

Certain Services may require registration. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and updated information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

We are not responsible for losses caused by failure to safeguard account credentials.

5. Booking & Service Requests

When placing a delivery request, you agree that:

  • Shipment details are accurate
  • Parcel contents comply with applicable laws
  • You are authorized to ship the item
  • The delivery address is complete and correct

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in cases of:

  • Incorrect information
  • Restricted or prohibited goods
  • Operational limitations

6. Prohibited Items

Users must not ship:

  • Illegal goods
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Weapons or ammunition
  • Narcotics or controlled substances
  • Perishable goods (unless explicitly supported)
  • High-value items exceeding declared coverage limits

The Company reserves the right to inspect shipments.

7. Delivery Timelines

Hyperlocal (2–4 hours), Same-Day, and Next-Day timelines are:

  • Target delivery windows
  • Subject to traffic, weather, force majeure, and operational conditions
  • Not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a written agreement

Delays caused by incorrect information or recipient unavailability are not the Company’s responsibility.

8. Failed Deliveries

Delivery may be marked failed due to:

  • Recipient unavailable
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept
  • Restricted access locations

Re-attempts may incur additional charges.

9. Reverse Logistics & Returns

For return pickups:

  • Items must be properly packed
  • Return eligibility is subject to the client’s policy
  • Damage during improper packaging is not covered

Reverse pickup timelines are operational targets and not guaranteed unless contractually specified.

10. Charges & Payments

All service charges are:

  • As per agreed commercial terms
  • Subject to applicable taxes
  • Payable within the agreed billing cycle

Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the declared shipment value or the contractual cap
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for loss caused by force majeure events

In no event shall liability exceed the amount paid for the specific shipment.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Civil unrest
  • Strikes
  • Pandemic events
  • Traffic disruptions

13. API & Technology Use

Clients using API or integration services agree:

  • Not to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt systems
  • To maintain secure integration practices
  • To use APIs only for authorized purposes

Unauthorized access attempts may result in immediate termination.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, trademarks, software, and materials are the property of Trun Logistics

You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

15. Delivery Partner & Franchise Terms

Separate agreements apply to:

  • Delivery Partners
  • Franchise Partners
  • Enterprise Clients

These Terms do not replace contractual agreements.

16. Data Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Payments are overdue
  • Prohibited items are shipped

18. Governing Law
