Cancellation Policy
  • Before Pickup:
    Orders may be cancelled without charge if cancelled before rider allocation.
  • After Rider Allocation:
    A cancellation fee may apply if -
  • Rider has been assigned
  • Rider is en route to pickup
  • After Pickup:
    Orders can be cancelled once the shipment has been picked up but additional RTO Charges will appl
Refund PolicyRefunds may be applicable in cases of:
  • Duplicate payment
  • Service not initiated
  • Confirmed operational failure attributable to Trun Logistics
Refunds are processed within:
5–10 business days (depending on payment method).
Non-Refundable SituationsRefunds will not be issued for:
  • Incorrect address provided
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Customer-requested cancellation after pickup
  • Delays caused by force majeure
  • Prohibited item shipments
Reverse Shipment ChargesReturn-to-origin (RTO) or reverse pickup charges may apply as per agreed commercial terms.
