Orders may be cancelled without charge if cancelled before rider allocation. - After Rider Allocation:

Refund PolicyRefunds may be applicable in cases of:Refunds are processed within:
5–10 business days (depending on payment method).
- Duplicate payment
- Service not initiated
- Confirmed operational failure attributable to Trun Logistics

Non-Refundable SituationsRefunds will not be issued for:
- Incorrect address provided
- Recipient unavailability
- Customer-requested cancellation after pickup
- Delays caused by force majeure
- Prohibited item shipments
Reverse Shipment ChargesReturn-to-origin (RTO) or reverse pickup charges may apply as per agreed commercial terms.
